By using QuranIn30, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using QuranIn30 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
QuranIn30 is a mobile application designed to help users read the entire Quran in 30 days. The App provides:
- A structured daily reading plan
- Quran text with translations and tafsir (commentary)
- Progress tracking, bookmarks, and personal notes
- Audio recitation playback
- Qibla direction and prayer times
- Streak tracking and achievements
3. Account Registration
- You may create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account
- You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account
4. Subscriptions and Purchases
QuranIn30 offers both free and premium features:
- Free features include the core reading plan, progress tracking, bookmarks, and basic functionality
- Premium features (such as tafsir access) require an active subscription or one-time purchase
- Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms
- Subscription prices are displayed in the App before purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's services or servers
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content
6. Quran Content
- The Quran text displayed in the App is sourced from established digital repositories
- Translations and tafsir are provided via the quran.com API for educational purposes
- We strive for accuracy but recommend consulting qualified scholars for religious guidance
- Audio recitations are provided by recognized Quran reciters
7. User Content
You retain ownership of any personal notes you create within the App. Notes and bookmarks are stored locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your personal notes on our servers.
8. Intellectual Property
The App's design, code, graphics, logos, and other non-Quranic content are the property of QuranIn30 and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these materials without permission.
9. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services including:
- Firebase Authentication — for account management
- quran.com API — for translations and tafsir content
- Apple StoreKit — for in-app purchases
- Aladhan API — for prayer times
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be available at all times or free from errors
- Content will be completely accurate or up to date
- The App will meet all of your requirements
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuranIn30 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
12. Termination
- You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the App's settings
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms
- Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete the App
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
